Ísak Harðarson is among best known poets of his generation. His forceful and pictorial works incorporate defiance, desperation and irony and the title of the exhibition stems from one of his poems.
Jón Stefnássonwas born 1881 in Sauðárkrókur. He was educated at Zahrtmanns Art School in Copenhaguen and Henri Matisse´s Art School at Boulevard des Invalides.
Jón is among the pioners in Icelandic art history.
Sigrún Jónsdóttir is a composer of the new generation who has worked with a number of Icelandic bands such as Sigurrós.
